We carefully pack, insure and track all shipments. If an item arrives damaged, the buyer will be responsible for filing any reimbursement claims.
L'Objet Bleu offers an on-approval policy with a non-refundable 15% deposit on the pre-tax sale amount, made payable at the time of pickup. Our inventory may be viewed by appointment in our Richmond, Virginia design workshop.
We are pleased to offer a designer trade discount to qualified designers. Designers must provide a tax identification number, business license, business card or website, and proof of three current trade-only accounts in good standing. Contact us for our Interior Designer Trade Account application.
Your purchase will be carefully packed and shipped via FedEx or UPS if the size and weight of your purchase is within the standard Home Delivery specifications. L'Objet Bleu will arrange any White Glove shipping through a third party delivery contractor. Once the shipment is picked up at our design workshop, the White Glove third party service will arrange delivery directly with the client. The buyer will be responsible for paying all Home Delivery or White Glove shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

Our clients may pick up their pre-paid purchases at our Richmond, Virginia design workshop at no charge. Buyers may request to cover all FedEx or UPS shipping charges through their personal shipping account, and White Glove delivery may be scheduled by the client through their transportation company of choice. Any damage claims during Home Delivery or White Glove shipping must be reported by the buyer. L'Objet Bleu assumes no responsibility for damages that may occur during White Glove delivery when scheduled by the client.
International shipping is available. the buyer must contact us prior to placing their order to arrange shipping quote, customs forms, etc.
Shipments will be processed within Five (5) business days of payment.
